With summer nearly here, I have decided that I wanted to start summer with a tanned complexion, not one that is pale and nasty.  In previous years, I have gone outside with my pale, winter skin, and ended up with many sun burns - not a smart idea at all.

So this year, I signed up at a tanning salon and have been going regularly to get a tan.  It was definitely weird at first (especially when my wife found out what I was doing), but she has come to like the new me.

Saturday mornings are a good time for me to go get a tan, so I went already this morning.  I used the last of my tanning lotion so I will need to buy some more.

So far I am happy with my progress and I think my skin will be ready for the summer this year for a change.  From now on, I think that this is how I will get ready for summer - I have to say, I love my new tan!
