It was a happy and sad day for me the moment that I started dating my wife.  You see, it meant that my days of being a bachelor were over and that I was now spoken for.  Sure, I loved the idea of having someone that wanted to hang out with me all the time, but it would cost me some of my freedom as well.

The saddest part of the whole thing was when I changed my profile on the free online dating site to “In a Relationship”.  It meant my days of talking to many different women were over and I would have to be on better behavior now.

But after the sadness faded (say an hour), I realized that the site had allowed me to find what I was looking for - someone to spend time with and possibly marry.  Turns out that she was the one, so in the end I was able to have a happy ending.
