With the Vancouver 2010 Olympics getting closer by the day, I have been considering going to them.  Since they will be in Canada, my home country, it might be the one chance in my life to go see the Olympics live.

I’ve already bought the time off of work for the two weeks that the Olympics will be on, and have been saving up money just for those two weeks. But, I haven’t decided if I’m going to drive there or fly.

I have made an appointment later on this week to speak with a travel agent about my options.  I am a little leery about flying, as I have never been in an airplane before.  But, I will talk to the travel agent and get her opinion on the whole thing.

Though the Olympics are still quite far away, I just can’t wait until I get to go.
