My brother recently launched a web site for college students to make use of. On his site, they can view samples of custom term papers. It is not a site that sells them, but it is more to aid a struggling student, rather than to help them cheat. The site gives a lot of different pointers for many different aspects of college and it is especially helpful for new students.

My brother struggled a lot during his first year of college and he said if he had been able to see examples of custom research papers, he may have done much better. It was such a difference for him from high school and he said he was lost and did not understand what his professors wanted from him.
