Lately, there seems to be a never ending stream of telemarketing calls to my house.  I don’t know what happened, but it never seems to let up.  Whether my number somehow got onto a list, or they just randomly dialed it, is really of no consequence - it is out now.

I have had so many different calls about so many things.  People wanting me to donate to causes I have never heard of, free trips to everywhere, and even calls offering home equity loans.

There were also some financial institutions calling me to see if I wanted to do a home refinance through them.  I also had another call about doing a home refinance so that I could roll my credit card debt into my mortgage.  GEEZ!

After this past week, I wonder what I can do.  I know that here if you ask them to take you off the list they have to, but there is still a large inconvenience in talking to all of these salespeople.  Maybe I should just change my number…
